Everybody does as long as we live, breathing, eating, excreting and sleeping.It is very important to be done these very comfortable because it is continuously repeated daily.The teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda and Cooking have provided a lot of advice for that.

My cooking relation with Ayurveda and Indian lifestyle

Panchakarma, an Ayurvedic hospitalized treatment, usually requires a few weeks. In that time the diet is well managed to achieve successful treatment. I have experienced such a diet at BSDT Hospital in Wagholi, Pune. trouble and nourishes the body. It was a big turning point for me.
What kind of food should be eaten? In what season, what spices should be taken and should not be taken in the hot and cold weather, and what are the nature and properties of the ingredients? I feel that Indian eating habits have a traditional style that is close to nature.
When the country changes between Japan and India, the ingredients will also change. In Japan, we should be able to cook according to our constitution, physical condition and season in the Japanese way. While incorporating the wisdom of Ayurveda, I became aware of what kind of food is suitable in daily life, what I need to eat now to stay healthy and how it affects the body.




My vision and the reason behind Spicebee
Bees look for nectar and move from flower to flower and it helps pollination. I would be so happy to help people who are interested in Yoga, Ayurveda and spicy cuisine. To find the right place and the right person and to come across something new. I could help connect them together to grow more and I feel this is like what bees do for plants.
